The Richard A. Rutkowski Park is where The Elco Naval Division once stored a boat-building factory that churned out nearly 400 PT boats for World War II. A historical marker is all that is left to commemorate the effors that went on at the location. The story says that there was an accident at the factory one day, where a boat fell of its railings, crushing and killing two men. What makes the story odd is that the men themselves aren't the ones who haunt the place, but one of their daughters. A ghostly young girl has been seen hovering around the area, yelling out to her daddy.
